In my opinion I liked both, but the first one made me laugh more. Mall Cop 2 is more focused on trying to make the audience laugh then being naturally funny and entertaining.

Here’s the movie’s summary: When a US marine dog handler (Amell) is killed in the line of duty, his service dog, Max, is so traumatized by the loss that he’s unable to work with any other handler.
